What is a No Fix, No Fee?
It’s simple. If we can’t fix your computing issue or resolve your techical problems with any of our services, We don’t charge you! This is our guarantee to ensure that you get a fair customer service.
Do you do screen repairs?
Yes! We can repair or replace any LCD screens for Laptops, Tablets and phones.
Can i send you my broken device?
Possibly at your own cost and risk. We prefer you drop it to us in person. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your device without further damages during transit. And it would be good if we can go through the issue in person to ensure we know exactly what the issue is and fix it for you.
How long will it take to fix?
We understand you need your devices fixed as soon as possible. However, time really depends on the the services. It can take from anywhere from 15 mins to few days. Have a chat with us so we can give you a more definitive timeframe.
Why are your prices so cheap?
We are a small boutique Computer Repair Guy Team running our services from home based office. This means we don’t pay massively for commercial location, we don’t pass you our expenses. We want our customers to be able to pay for a fair price.
How can I pay?
You can pay when your services is done with cash. At times we might need a deposit. We also have online transactions available where you can pay with your credit or debit card.
